Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Cadencify operates under a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused credits remaining in your account
- Change of mind after credit purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Changes in business needs
- Account closure or termination
3. Credit-Based System
Cadencify operates on a credit-based payment system:
- You purchase credits which are used to send emails
- Credits are consumed when email sequences are executed
- Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
- No refunds are provided for unused credits under any circumstances
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@cadencify.com
- Provide detailed information about the disputed charge
- We will investigate legitimate billing errors in coordination with RazorPay
- Corrections will be made only for actual billing mistakes
- You may also contact RazorPay directly for payment-related issues
5. Account Termination by Cadencify
If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided for any remaining credits in your account
- You will immediately lose access to the service
- All data may be deleted according to our data retention policy
6. Legal Requirements
This no-refund policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. If local laws in your jurisdiction require refunds or cooling-off periods, those laws will take precedence over this policy to the extent required by law.
7. Recommendation
We strongly recommend starting with a small credit purchase to evaluate the service before making larger purchases. New users receive starter credits to test the platform functionality.
